My car was and insured with Budget Insurance. I am listed as the secondary driver of the vehicle. Incident was reported to the police as well as the insurance company. I have provided all required information and documentation. On the 19 September, Budget Insurance confirmed that the claim will not be paid as the incident took place while the secondary driver had the vehicle. The car was parked at the time of the incident with no driver. Does this validate the rejection of the claim??? How can the insurance speculate who drives the car more, secondary or primary driver??? It was clearly stated that the secondary driver does not always drive the car.
