I recently had an accident, my first ever. The service at Telesure has been really good. I dealt with Rusdien at La Lucia, who was really efficient and made the process of dealing with the after-effects of an accident so much easier.
I work in PR, and many companies dont understand how important frontline staff are. Great customer service is even more important when dealing with someone who has been through a traumatic incident like an accident.
