Bad service!!

A couple of weeks ago I went to capitec bank to create an a savings account I carried my ID copy and proof of residence. The consultant at reception looked at my documents and said that they were okay and was ready to assist me however, their network failed a couple of minutes later and I could not create the account. I returned to capitec today gave in my documents to a different consultant who told me that my documents were not enough they needed a registration letter from the university not the one residence manager had typed and confirmed that I am a registered student in the institution. She did not even read the letter, she discarded it. So with the same documents I walked to absa and they allowed me to print my proof of registration and served me well. The capitec adverts usually shows that capitec performs competently but to my surprise they do not! I am dissappointed by their lack of communication to me and the fact that they are not willing to help their clients with something as simple as printing out a proof of registration.
