Just took out a service plan with Liquid Capital and their quote indicates that the cambelt will also be replaced if required. I am referring to the quote because I have not yet received my policy documents from them. Now that my car is in for a service they are refusing to replace the cambelt and are saying that its not included in the current plan. Someone explain this to me please, how is it that the quotation indicates that the amount includes cambelt replacement but now LC is disagreeing with their own quotation and is requesting an additional R4000 from me!!!
