Personal loan dispute

After taking out a second personal loan with Nedbank in 2009 over a 24 month period, I realised in 2012 after a double deduction went off from my debit order payment that I'm actually still paying for a loan that was supposed to be paid in full already.
I contacted the bank and was told that a third loan was taken out by me and that is the reason for me still having a balance with Nedbank. I told them that I'm only aware of the first two personal loans and I'm still in possession of the documentation for this as well and disputed the third loan.
I was told the matter was under investigation and will receive feedback shortly.
More than a year later and still no feedback, this after over paying Nedbank.
If I was the one owing Nedbank, I would be receiving calls from them every second of the day, now that its the other way around I don't hear anything from them.
Please can someone do their job and get back to me preferably a manager...
