I have been under debt review for sometime, nedbank has accepted the proposal & I have been paying every month, in February 2013 I received some funds & I called Nedbank's debt review department because this is where my account was it was on the 05th of February 2013 I spoke to a gentleman regarding the account I was advised that this call is being recorded, I asked him for a full & final settlement on this account I was given an amount of R4 995.00 as a settlement amount, on the same day I went to the glen shopping mall & I paid the amount at the branch, proof of payment was sent to Nedbank. 3 months later I received a letter in the post that my debt review has been cancelled due to non payments & my account has been handed to rl daly attorneys, I have been struggling for the past 3 months to get a copy of this recording from Nedbank I have to explain my story every single week to the attorneys & no one is able to get back to me to let me know what is happening on this account, would I really our of my own go & pay an amount without having called where would I have gotten this amount from? I have emailed proof to debtcounsellingqueries in June as requested no joy
