Old Mutual's Greenlight Claims delays payout 3 yrs

I have been trying now for three years to get pay- out of my deceased husband's two contracts with Old Mutual. They delay responding to my requests and if they respond, their response is usually more requests for more information and forms and affadavits. a Recent ploy of theirs was to contest my late husband's tax number. I gave them all the information from my side which can be backed by the attorney handling my husband's estate. The tax number I gave them was correct. The latest problem is that they wanted my banking details which I have already sent them more than a year ago. Now they want a statement not older than 3 months. They insisted that I not email this statement, but fax it to Fax number 0860604502/ (021) 509417500. When I tried to send it to this number the Postnet fax machine replied that this number do not exist. I then tried faxing the bank statement from the Old Mutual depot at River Walk, Potchefstroom with same results that this fax-number does not exist. LOL!! After hours wasted one of the helpers at the Old Mutual depot told me she managed to send the fax. I have had no reply yet and doubt whether it was really sent. I have lost confidence in Old Mutual.
