I have sent taken my Blackberry 9360 phone (9 months old) for repairs on the July 6th 2013 to Edgars Zevenwacht Mall as the phone would not switch on and after waiting over 4 weeks my phone was returned to the store (3rd August) and it it still would not switch on yet the phone was subsequently repaired by the technicians.
When inquiring what was fixed on the phone, I was informed that the audio and a scratch on the phone was fixed (this was not issues I had on the phone)
I did not take possession of the phone and I had it sent back. I was on the phone with constant follow up with Zevenwacht Mall and Finrite insurance themselves.
I was informed that the phone was repaired and I collected it on Wednesday the 10 of September 2013. I paid the R200.00 excess fee when I collected the phone.
I am still currently have problems with this phone!!! It does not charge the battery and switches on and off. I do not want to send this phone back to Finrite when clearly the technicians do not do their job correctly!!!
I am appalled and disgusted by your service. :(
