In June 2013 i paid my telkom arrears account in full. For the months of July and august creditworx still deducted money for the settled account.
I tried to reach them by calling and by via e-mail and got no response from them as yet, since last week (11-09-2013).
the phone just keeps ringing without answer, and the e-mail adress supplied on their website just never gets through.
i would like matter resolved and my money returned.
