We applied at various Banks for a Building Loan on the 29/08/13. I am extremely disappointed that FNB (whom I bank with) are still processing our application (it has been 14 working days) yet we were assured by the Consultant that we would have a response by 06/09/13 initially. We have had the other banks come back to us more than a week ago already! This is appalling and pathetic! I had changed my account to FNB because of poor service from my previous bank - it appears that I may need to change my Bank yet again for this very reason! I have explained on numerous occasions that we have time constraints - yet this has fallen on deaf ears! As a Platinum account Holder, this is NOT the type of service I expect to receive - even the Premier Banker with whom I spoke to request feedback on the process was extremely unhelpful and indifferent! FNB seriously need to educate their employees on Customer Service!
