My wife was involved in a hit and run accident. I reported it to our Insurance Broker on 1st September 2013. They advised Hollard Insurance of the Claim on Tuesday afternoon. The vehicle was collected from our home at 10am on Wednesday 4th September. I called and emailed the Agent on Thursday 12th September to find out what the status was. There was no reply to my calls or my email. On Friday 13th September I was advised by the Agent, Lisa Kheswa, that the Claim had been authorised and that Dent Tech had been advised accordingly. Yesterday, Wednesday 18th September, I phoned Lisa to ask for Progress on the Claim. She told me that it had been approved and communicated to Dent Tech on Friday afternoon. I popped into Dent Tech at Strydom Park, Randburg, to find out what the progress on the vehicle was. They had no idea what I was talking about. They did not have the vehicle or the authorisation. Joline from Dent Tech very kindly phoned up Hollard and found out that the vehicle was still at the Hollard Salvage Yard in Chamdor. She was told by the Agent she spoke to the Authorisation had only been sent that morning at 09:45am. I now need Answers!!! Thank you James Parke
