I requested a quote from Outsurance on Monday 16th September 2013, i then received a phone call and said i would forward my current policy to them and then they could match it like for like. I received an email asking when would be a good time to call on Tuesday 17th September, i replied saying i preferred afternoons after 3pm, this reply was sent at 1.24pm. I received another email from Errol on Wednesday 18 September 2013 stating he would call me that day at around 3.30, i replied saying it was fine. He apparently meant 3.30 in another country as i am still waiting for a phone call. If the service is this bad when i am just trying to get a quote how bad will it be if i decide to move over to outsurance!! Terrible Terrible service Outsurance!!!
