I called Nedbank Personal Loans call centre this morning (19/09/2013) and paid over R20, 000 with the aim of settling the balance, paying off my personal loan and an agent I spoke to told me since the transfer to an 11 digit loan account number doesn't work, I should use the 1456003720 account number, use the personal loan account as reference and the payment went through. When I called the call centre again, I was told this account number is closed, they don't use it anymore, so I shouldn't have paid to it. So, my R20, 371.12 is gone, the account is closed??? Your consultant gave me the account number!!! Listen to a call and clear my personal loan debt now!!! And call me before the end of the day to explain to me what happened to it. I bank with Nedbank so you can look through my current account too, where the payment was made from at 8:33 am. If I get another debit order for the same loan, I am calling my lawyers and I am taking all my accounts (Current Account, Credit Card, 2nd Personal Loan and the Home Loan I am currently applying for) to another bank.
