Internet Banking USELESS

We have reported this many times with nothing having been done in the almost 5 years we have been with Nedbank.

As I am sure most clients do these days, we (my husband and I) use internet banking to keep track of our funds and make sure we have enough money to see us through the month! The problem with Nedbank Internet Banking is that you go to a store, you swipe your card and receive an SMS that instant saying this has been deducted from your account BUT when you go to your internet banking it has NOT been deducted and then you realise that it has not even been deducted from the available balance - this can take DAYS to reflect so the balance you are seeing is not the actual balance available!

We have had to resort to keeping a spreadsheet of every transaction we do so that we know how much is left in the account because the Nedbank figure is NEVER correct! What is the point of internet banking if it does not show transactions as and when they are taken off. We used to be with ABSA and there was no problem at all with their internet banking, all transactions came off on the same day.

We are seriously considering taking our business elsewhere.
