In my most recent credit report I picked up that I was listed by Blue Financial services for an account that I had. This account was handled by Credit U Financial Services. The account was settled and I have the paid up letter to prove it, but I am still listed by Blue Financial Services who in turn, never updated this account on the credit listing (Since 2011). There is still an amount outstanding showing on this account. Can somebody please explain this to me???
