Good morning
I would like to raise an issue i came across at First National Bank at the New Park branch in Kimberley. As I was standing in the line at the tellers, there were two European tourists trying to exchange US Dollars for South African Rands. The teller kept on saying that it isn't possible. The tourist showed all his documentation to the teller and it was valid but they just didn't want to exchange the money for rands. I was disgusted to see the bystanders (South Africans) laughing out loud at the two European tourists trying to exchange the money. I felt horrible that South Africans could treat tourists like this. What kind of country do we live in. I don't even think the South African in the line will even have an opportunity t even travel outside South Africa. It was really bad service by the staff at FNB and the South Africans standing in the line by laughing at these tourists.
