I have a wonderfull experience with one of the capitec agents who assissted me on the above average level. i would like to appreciate her taking the extra mile to make sure i understand and attending to my current needs. i have had alot of bad service from alot of banks because their agents do not listen therefore do not understand what the client really need, so dealing with someone who listens to me shows me their effort to keep me as their client. i want to thank capitec for employing such golden goose candidates...
