My car was recently involved in a accident
Due to extensive damage outsurance wrote the car off
I was informed that there was going to be a shortfall that outsurance will not cover. I was relived to find out that the the car dealership offered me a shortfall cover with Regent which i accepted and paid for monthly.when applying for fiance i was akwardly informed i still.owe money on my previous vehicle.upon investigation I find out that regents shortfall policy did not cover my shortfall in full.firstly extremly upset that I am now responsible for this money after taking this policy with regent over n above my car insurance to safeguard myself from such a predicament.seccondly no one bothers to call n explain why. Thirdly contact numbers are constantly engaged or no pick up. I demand answers.this shortfall is now hindering me getting a new car.funny the company dsnt beg to debit your account but we must beg for manditory service.please i demand a response so i can move on with life and get a new ca
