I called their collections department to arrange for a payment arrangement and was told I did not qualify to reduce my monthly installment because of different factors including affordability. The NCR advuses that we need to contact the creditor to arrange payments if we struggle with payments but not with Capitec. Just did so with all of my creditors but my own bank cant seem to help. I mean is not like I'm avoiding payments but simply taking responsibility on my credit. Sometimes I even wonder why I'm still with this bank? They cant offer me a consolidation loan and also cannot arrange my payments. Maybe I should just switch banks I'm tired of their stupid decisions!! I think I should default on my payment and maybe they will take me serious. Please just get your act together!!!
