I got a email with my new policy details saying that my premium is going to change and my excess amount as well. I'm not at all happy that i have to pay and excess of R3600 from not paying any excess, i called MIWAY on Tuesday informing that i want to cancel my policy since then i have been holding on the line for over an hour to speak to an agent to cancel this policy, if its not that then they take down your details but no one ever calls you back. I WANT MY POLICY TO BE CANCELLED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!!! i will rather go an insure who are honest and one's who care about there clients. So far I'm really disappoint with the service i have received its actually very pathetic.
