ASK ONCE???

I applied for a Just Invest account online on 04/9/2013
I was supposed to receive documentation in 4 working days.
On 11/9/2013 I had to phone Nedbank to find out why I did not receive the documentation. I asked that they treat this as an ask once and then got cut off.
I received and signed the documentation on 13/9/2013 and gave it back to the driver.
He said the account will be opened in 48 hours.
On 18/9/2013 I have had no word from Nedbank.
I phoned the call centre where Stefany (the only competent person I spoke to!)found the account that was loaded on a new profile that was created with my ID number. A NEW PROFILE ON MY ID??? How good is your security??
She added it to my beneficiaries so I can deposit money into the account. Ref:64746597.
I contacted the Retail Internet Sales team on 011 667 9484. After speaking to 4 different people who could not help me they said I must go to my branch to sort it out.
WHY HAVE INTERNET BANKING? Why do you open a new profile for an existing customer?
What happened to ASK ONCE? Please give my "ask a thousand times" donation to Kitty and puppy haven!
