WAS IN THE BANK ON THE 26-01-13 TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT FOR MY 2 CHILDREN THE RECEPTION HELPED ME GOOD AND PROMPT BUT THE FINANCIAL ADVISER HELPED THE BLACK MAN BEFORE ME, TELLING ANOTHER WORKER THAT SHE WONT HELP ME I CAN WAIT TILL TOMMOROW THEN SHE IGNORED ME, SITTING AND WAITING WALKING AROUND IN THE BANK VERY SLOWLY. AFTER ASKING THE RECEPTION AGAIN WATS GOING ON, THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR HER, AFTER WAITNG 30 MIN AND SEEING HER DOING NOTHING AND AVOIDING ME ASKED AGAIN AT RECEPTION HOW LONG I MUST WAIT AND JUST TOLD SHE IS BUSY??? AVOIDING ME!!! BEING A CLIENT OF ABSA FOR 20 YEARS THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER AT THIS BANK, THREE RIVERS BRANCH,
I THINK ITS TIME FOR A NEW BANK.
