Wrong date of billing

When I took the retirement annuity telephonically, the consultant said to me, they will first deduct on the 17th July 2013 as part of their policy. Therefore I did ensure that theres money available on that day.
To my suprise there was no deduction. I then called the office, where i was told that I was mislead by the consultant (18 july). The consultant on the day assured me that they will deduct as per my instruction which was 25th of each month. I therefore got an email which read that they will deduct on the 17th September,
I immediatly replied in bold letters that they must not deduct on such date as i earn on the twenty five. This correspondence happened on the 24th August 2013).
Tonight I got an SMS that indicates a deduction. What so frustrating i did not even have money on my account, and the bank used an overdraft to pay om behalf. I THEREFORE DEMAND TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE OVERDRAFT and please check all my correspondence with your office, you will see my point.failure to solve this problem, i will send it to the newspapers and ombudsman.
