I've been trying to get approval from Standard Bank Vehicle Finance, for a new vehicle. VAF is financing my current vehicle at the same value, which I'm trading in on the new one. My last 6 vehicles has been financed with VAF, I never missed a single payment. Standard Bank has more of my cash in accounts than the finance amount, and I earn more than the finance amount needed in a single year.still they wont give an answer after a week. I've been with standard bank for more than 20 years.
3 Other banks have come back with approvals within the same day.
It seems like they don't want my business.
I'm self employed, and VAF discriminates against me for that.
