Firstly there's been unauthorised debits from an unknow company that repeatedly debits my account and when i go to the bank to reverse the debit and request that they stop that co.() from getting any debits, they say they cant. And the details that are printed are that of another co which when i call them, they say i'm not the only one from absa who has complained about such. anyway. now i'm unable to withdraw any money from my account reason being Fica of which i understand however the proof of residence that i have is not accepted and now what the and i to do? the best thing is to just close the account and go to another bank.
