ABSA - fine payment function not working

The new function to pay fines does not allow the facility to get a copy as proof of payment - get the ABSA IT department to sort out this function - that it works properly, otherwise take it this function away from all ABSA customers. All I want is a copy of the payment made for a fine, so that I have proof.
After our account was frauded last year of R70 000 - ABSA refused to take responsibility, I have no time to be loyal to ABSA. Take responsibility for once, and stop blaming your clients.
This is not part of a person beneficiary list - it is a function GIVEN to customers by ABSA. If you do not believe me kindly log on and go to PAYMENTS and you will find this function there, once you click this function an RVN number is sent to your cell phone, and hey presto you can then make payment for your fine once you have inserted the RVN and fine number.
Before anyone phones me again, get one of the bosses to go into their ABSA account, got to PAYMENTS, and guess what - they will find the function there.
