Extreme bad handling of claim

Our geyser popped in May 2013, which was fixed but because of the fact that it was a older house with galvanised pipes the pressure of the geyser was to high and burst the water pipes. We have 2 bathrooms and kitchen that became part of this problem. Since then they came to repair the pipes and redone all the pipes which is all great, but instead just chasing in the walls and direct to the geyser they rerouted the pipes outside the house which looks terrible - by the way its a brick house - drilled holes where there is no pipes - now we need to take out bricks to replace with new ones. The chasing in the bathrooms are left as is and this caused damp damage. When I shower the water needs to run almost 15m before it reaches the shower and in fact the geyser is not even 5m from my bathroom. I do not understand the logic. I am still waiting for the recoring for permission given for the rerouting.

Outsurance paid an amount of R5266.00 for the one bathroom, but it's not remotely enough for all the damp damage.
I keep on phoning but with no joy, therefor I am trying here. Maybe I will get some response from someone
