I would like to express my gratitude to Anelisa Mahobe. She phoned me on Wednesday regarding the debit orders that I cancelled due to the fact that I was unhappy with the fact that I have been overcharged for my insurance. I was on the verge on leaving Oakhurst and joining Outsurance. She took it upon herself to investigate the matter and kept me updated on the query which I had since the beginning of the month. She is definitely an asset to your firm and provides excellent service that I have never received before. Because of the service she provided to me, I will be staying with Oakhurst.
