Car returned whilst under debt review, no-one contacted me - I sent numerous emails to advise I wanted to pay off balance - no-one bothered to assist me, received more calls, sent the same emails again from July. R500.00 was deducted first and on the 12/09 R10400.00 was taken and I was not made aware of this. I want my money back by end of business today and I have sent Obakeng from Specialised collections two emails today, Specialised collections 2 emails today, the Ombudsman, 2 emails today, etc. NO-ONE HAS BOTHERED TO SORT OUT THIS MESS CAUSED BY OBAKENG NOT REPLYING TO MY EMAILS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY!!! if any one else has a vehicle financed through standard bank beware, they just take money out of your account where there is surplus funds. The money they took on the 12/09 was my deposit for my new house, is standard bank going to give me a house in which to rent and pay the deposit because their staff do not do their work??? by the end of business today and finished!
