My daughters vehicle was written off on the 25th of August 2013. MFC was notified on the 30th when we requested the settlement letter for the insurance. We were reminded by the call centre agent that we have a top up cover incase the insurance does not pay in full. The insurance paid out on the 3rd of September 2013 and there was a shortfall which needed to be covered by the "Top up". we are trying to finance another vehicle and were advised on the 13th of September that it takes 14 - 21 days for the settlement. The lady we were dealing with was impatient and didnt even bother to advise 14 days from which date. It has now been 22 days since the accident and my daughter still has no car. Is this how MFC treats a good client? Not a single debit order reversed including the one collected on the 1st of September which has yet to be returned. Im thining twice anout financing another vehicle with them. If you cant expediate the process at lease then explain the process before we take this further.
