Burst Geyser during the early morning of Sept 12th. Outsurance was there for me and immediately sent out their A Team plumber, Bee Plumbers in the morning. The work was done to a high standard. Thami, the Assessor from Outsurance, was professional and he is a great asset to Outsurance. During the process Angelique from Outsurance, as well as Bee Plumbers, were in continuous contact with me, helping to turn what could have been a huge trauma, into an absolute pleasure! Well done Outsurance!

Unfortunately, the Municipality had recently removed the stop and we could not stop the water supply to install a new geyser!! They don't answer their phones and I had to contact them via Internet to get their emergency numbers. Only after the stop was re-installed by Municipality (??), we had the necessary access to go ahead.
