I applied for a home loan at Standard Bank via the Internet in June 2012 and the matter was handed over to the attorneys (Kessler and De Jager in Goodwood) by Standard Bank for registration of the bond. I am not satisfied with how Kessler and De Jager has been handling the matter, its been more then a year and nothing has been done despite numerous phone calls to Kessler and De Jager. I have complained to Standard Bank about this before as Standard Bank appointed the attorneys, as Kessler and De Jager is on the panel of attorneys that Standard Bank uses for their clients. I was assured in March this year that Standard Bank would resolve this issue with Kessler and De Jager but nothing has been done.
I have requested that Kessler and De Jager be removed and other attorneys be appointed but nothing has come of this either.
I am shocked at the terrible service I have received from both Standard Bank and Kessler and De Jager attorneys.
