Yesterday I filled in my details for an estimated quote on their website for my new car which I am getting today. As the quote came through my phone rang. I couldn't believe how fast it was. A very nice gentleman called Vimal assisted me with getting a more accurate quote. He was friendly, had a nice sense of humour and had a lot of patience. He emailed me the quote instantly. I emailed him to ask a few more questions, he responded about 45 mins later apologising for the delayed response, to me that is not a delayed response at all. I expressed some concerns about claims being paid out and he made me feel more at ease by informing me about all the policies which protect the insured customers. He was very knowledgeable. I signed up and from today my new car is insured. Great service, thanks Vimal!!!
