I upgraded my vodacom contract and at the end of July I see a deduction of R 49.50 plus R 7 (debit order fee) on my account. Reference number EM 3465113-1 refers. I thought it was standard now with vodacom's new upgrade and that it was a once off. So at the end of August I see this deduction again. I asked Vodacom why are they deducting this amount. They said they knew nothing about this phonesured. When I googled "phonesure" I saw how many complains was on HELLOPETER.COM I never gave authority for this deduction.
