I emailed my claim form on the 3rd October 2013 for my mountain bike - ensured separately - which was. I mentioned that I do not have proof that the mountain bike was bought by me as it was bought in cash and I do not have a receipt anymore. The claim was filed with a number. However, I do not receive any reason why the claim can not be finalized. Nothing happens now.
