I seriously think FNB and its product (ewallet) is one of there most dump and stupid product ever.
I sent money, R3000.00 via ewallet and when i tried to access the fund with the pin that i had created it kept telling me that i cannot access my funds as i have entered an incorrect pin whereas i know its correct. To add salt to the wound i called there contact center and all 3 consultant were rude and just didn't probe and couldn't even give me assistance and they were all contradicting each other. FNB atlest if we are going to have a problem with this ewallet there must be a way to reset the pin in less than 24hrs or get proper assistance from inside the bank instead of this frustration and headache.
The main reason why we use ewallet in the first place is to have access to our monies right away, this is so frustrating and it been the 3rd day i still don't have my money.
If this i think then you should have an option of reversing peoples monies instead of this.
this is really frustrating i am even thinking of moving my accounts to another financial institution- the call center staff is so terrible it like there not trained or QA's are not conduced.
I am really not happy!
