PAYMENTS MADE TO CITY OF JOBURG MUNICIPALITY

I have made numerous Internet payments from my Nedbank account to City of Joburg's Municipality Absa accounts. Since 19 June 2013 I am trying to arrange for a refund of the total amount of R2071.04. According to ABSA the account of City of Joburg is closed and the IT department of Nedbank need to sort this out with Absa's IT department to enable them to refund the amounts into my Nedbank account. The last person I spoke to at Absa is SEIPATI EMAIL ADDRES [Email Removed] Tel. 010 226 8000 who again confirm I cannot fix this, Nedbank - my bank must sort this out. According to Absa the money is in a "SUSPENCE ACCOUNT" I made numerous calls to Nedbank Internet transfers department without any joy. I even went to Nedbank in Randfontein. The staff their helped me very NICELY but also everytime refer me back to Clients Customer Care. This is a lot of money that's owing to me. Please help me where do I go now. Nedbank Internet department everytime refer me back to ABSA - ABSA REFER ME BACK TO NEDBANK WHICH IS MY BANK
