Double Deal is Double

On the 7th August I received a call from a lady called Ameena Osman, tele-marketing Double Deal from The Unlimited. My girlfriend referred me, so I listened and the offer was interesting. So I bought in; more than a month later, I still haven't received the card: Note that the DEBIT WENT THROUGH FOR R220 fee on the 25th August. Two days after the debit, I called the call center as I was going to a restaurant, and the lady I spoke to was less than helpful and put me on hold for 14 minutes, every question I asked she had to ask someone for an answer. I explained my situation, and she said I need to call the restaurant myself and present the card, but where is it???
So I called this Ameena woman and she hung up on me... Hello, you guys debited me for something I cant use..? So I want my refund, and spreading the work for anyone else to look out.
