New client for 12 days and already excess increase

Good day,

I am a new client at Miway as from the 1st of September 2013. We signed up for no excess and therefore our premium is a little bit higher, but on the 5th of Septermber I received a letter from Miway informing me that our no excess is going to fall a way and our excess is now R3300.00 or if we want to keep the no excess our premium is going to increase rapidly.

I emailed the complaints at Miway on which a "junior" person contacted me as she referred to her self and told me that she can not do anything about my complaint and she will have a more "senior" person phone me back, needless to say, I am still waiting.

My question is, how can I be a brand new client and already my policy changes? Is this not contract brake? After how many months are Miway going to tell me that they can increase my premium as well doesn't matter about the contract?

This is really very bad, and have no other choice as to cancel my insurnance with miway, because if this can happen, how long will I wait for a claim or is my claim even going to pay out or repair my damamges???
