On Monday 2/09/2013 my house broken into and some items where. After the initial shock and dismay and having to deal with SAPS, I had to put in claim for the goods. I called budget insurance call centre and i was put through to the claims department where i was helped by a gentleman called Justin.
What a pleasure it was dealing with him. Firstly he assured me that the whole claim process will be paperless. Secondly he assured me that I do not have to worry about anything as he will get all the necessary info from SAPS and all other relevant parties.
Two days later I got a call from Justin to tell me that my claim was successfully processed and that my items will be replaced. Less than a week after that my new items were delivered to my doorstep.
I am so grateful to budget and Justin for the excellent service provided and i will definitely recommend budget to friends and family.
