Why have a flexi, and then take it away???

Dear FNB homeloans, in the first week of this year i asked to have all my bonds debit order reviewed.

FNB homeloans came back with :

1) Do i want to bring my debit order in line with the outstanding amount
or
2) Reschedule it

I had a chat with my premier banker, completed the forms, and i wanted option 1

Today, a month later, FNB homeloans calls me, they can review the bond, but the lady mentioned rescheduled alot. On that topic, she said then all my repaid flexi bond money wont be available any more

Now, FNB Homeloans, where did the people you employ didnt understood the customer.

ALL I WANTED WAS, GET MY DEBIT ORDER IN LINE.

In the past, i only wrote an email, and that was it, and done

NOW, complete forms, a month later, still not what i want

Can someone very important to FNB homeloans get incontact with me, because i cant understand, the automatic response is, you will get an answer in 2 to 3 days...

Well, one month later, the client and the bank (homeloans) are still not on the same page???

CAN SOMEONE GET IN CONTACT WITH ME ASAP PLEASE. I WROTE ANOTHER EMAIL ASKING THE SAME QUESTION. (Why is your flexi dropped or not available???)
