I have applied for a product upgrade on 2 occasions.
The first time Discovery ignored my application and did absolutely nothing for a month.
The second time they put through the wrong application.
They are completely useless and have absolutely no idea what they are doing.
This is typical of Discovery, incompetent! They every single thing up.
