Great service from Dial Direct - annual premium re

Policy renewal time, and I received a letter from Dial Direct detailing a 22% premium increase. WHAT??
Used [URL Removed] to find out what other insurers would charge me for the same.
Then called the Dial Direct call centre. Bret assisted me with my query. He was friendly and efficient, and by the end of the call, my premium for the next 12 month is virtually unchanged from what it was. Score!
