STILL AWAITING MY REFUND!!!

I have written a report already. I was issued out a card that does not work by FNB Balfour Park, I was told by Portia Batile to bring back the card and I will be issued a new card as it was not my fault that I was issued a card that does not work. I paid R 75 for a temp card and R 105 for a replacement card which takes a week. I was then told that the money I have paid will be reversed as this was not my fault. I went to the branch a week ago to go collect my card and was told that the reversal has been approved but 2 weeks later and I have not received my money! Do we have to pay for mistakes that the banks make now???

I am being charged hundreds of rands for bank charges which I do not know of and I pay a monthly fee ontop of that almost every second week. If FNB does not sort my account out I would like to have it closed and I will go bank with a bank that doesn't over charge their clients, everytime they see money in your account some sort of bank charge arises so that they can debit everything and always leave you with a negative balance!!!
