I have a loan at capitec bank vanderbijlpark I get paid on the 10th and the 25th of each month, the agreement was to deduct the loan on that date but the started to deduct is earlier each month this month they wanted to deduct it on the 5th already and then I received a call from head office asking me why I did not pay my loan. I went into the branch and we decided to deduct it only on the end of the month, I specifically asked them if there is going to be a deduction on the 10th and they said no only on the 25th. So yesterday on the 10th what happened Capitec deducted the money. Capitec told me that they can't set the dates for the 10th and the 25th seeing that it's not always fortnightly, but when I went for the loan they had no problem with it.
