I submitted an accident claim with MiWay 2 weeks ago and have received no response, no follow up on numerous emails and queries sent to my way. I have a rental vehicle from Avis which is an extra on my premium per month. The rental is only for a 30 day period and today is now the 15th day I've had it and it looks like my car won't be done in time which means I'm without transport. What I would like to see from MiWay is a response first of all, although I'm a little hopeful with this and I would like them to claim some responsibility for very poor service. I think covering my rental until the repairs are done is in order.
