Poor service, no feedback and dragging feet

How can a further home loan take 2 months to process at FNB and it has not even been registered yet. They have dragged their feet in processing asking for new and duplicate documentation repeatedly.
no one person dealing with the account and there we have to hit a call centre and explain the whole story to them all over again. after the authorization has been given for the registration FNB decides that they will wait 2 weeks before they process and send the docs to the attorneys - only after I have had to phone and find out what the hold up is. nice one FNB.
This is the second time we are experiencing the dragging of feet with FNB home loans.
Needless to say that I will be cancelling all accounts for myself, my husband and children, should I not have feedback.
oh and as I assist with my sister and mother's banking - they will also change banks.
