No rights over my personal account

I have a personal loan with standard bank that has gone into arrears. I was called by standard bank lawyers to negotiate a repayment amount that I would be able to keep up with. Following that nothing happened standard bank did not debit anything for a number of months. All of a sudden I get debit order today of an amount of R5478.02 which is 3 times the original installment and 8 times the readjusted installment AT ONCE! not even on the agreed date. I went to the JHB branch and they said they can't help me reverse the debit and connected me to the call centre. They also said it can't be done, so I asked the agent (Bongani) on the line if I had no rights over what happens in my personal account he simply replied yes they can do what they want I was shocked at the response and felt helpless. So I'm asking standard bank since you have full rights over my personal account, Please reverse the debit order I cannot afford it you have taken everything I have. My kids will not be going to school tomorrow and I will not be going to work never mind the fact that I had not even bought food yet. I know its only business to you but your clients are just people. I will pay you as arraged please.
