No help from email support

I found a bug yesterday on FNB website, where one could not reset your password. I emailed FNB but got a automatic reply back after few hours with an image to phone customer care. I eventually had to go the bank where the password reset also didn't work, only after the second attempt there was someone that assisted me in resetting my password. This is the first time in ages I struggled with FNB and no customer care via email.
