I'M FED UP!!!

I was resulted in filling up a compliant with Outsurance because I am up to my neck with the incompetency of the abovementioned employee.

Firstly, my claim took long to be processed, and to have plumbers come to my house. The house literally had to be flooded to have people coming to fix my geyser. AND THEN, as if to add insult to injury, the person who came to replace the geyser, destroyed my ceiling and left it like that. Only to be contacted by another contractor for the ceiling, telling me that I have to pay an excess of R2020, in order for them to fix my ceiling.

First of all, Lerato to the contractor and told her that she has contacted me regarding the excess and secondly, the ceiling wasn't damaged by me so WHY AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR IT?!

In all the years we've been with Outsurance, this is the first time I am so disappointed with the mediocre level of service I'd have to deal with of late.

BE A SOLUTION NOT PART OF THE PROBLEM!!!
